he Carriage House offers a variety of accommodations for your lodging pleasure close to the beaches of Wells.  We have Deluxe Motel Suites, quaint New England style Cottages, and Victorian Country Inn Suites (which are located in the Main House). 

All of our accommodations have many room amenities, including microwaves and phones with data port.  All accommodations have easy access to parking, our swimming pool and other outdoor amenities. Choose from efficiencies, one bedroom or two bedroom units.

• Our Deluxe Motel Suites, with compact kitchen, are large, comfortable and newly redecorated.
  
  
  

• Our Light Housekeeping Cottages are quiet and available with one or two bedrooms ... some with screened porches.

• Our Country Inn Suites are new and beautifully appointed with Ethan Allen furniture, compact kitchens and many other features.
