ACCOMMODATION ARE PET FREE (NO PETS).
DEPOSITS:
50%
for weekly rentals of cottages, one night fee for shorter stays. Deposits
must be received within ten days of reservation date to guarantee, payable
in U.S. funds.
PAYMENTS:
Balance
due at check-in, payable in cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American
Express, or Travelers Cheques. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.
SECURITY
DEPOSIT:
Cash
payment at check-in. We require a credit card imprint for incidental
charges and/or possible damage or excessive clean-up.
CANCELLATIONS:
Weekly
Cottage Rentals: No
refund of deposit. Deposit can be transferred to another date for
the same length of stay based on availability. No exceptions, please.
Motel
Suites, County Inn Suites, Cottages (less than week):
15
days or more in advance of arrival date, 1 night's deposit refunded. 14 days or less, no
refund of 1 night's deposit. No exceptions, please.
No
refunds for early departures.
RESERVATIONS:
Advanced
reservations are recommended. We recommend that you phone for reservations,
though you may also use our
online
reservation form.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in
time is 2 p.m. for the motel and country inn suites, and 3 p.m. for the
cottages. Check-out is no later than 10 a.m. for all accommodations.
