ABOUT
US  he Carriage House is located on US Route 1 in beautiful
Wells, Maine between Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. We are a resort motel offering a variety of accommodations
including; deluxe motel suites, cottages and country inn suites. All
of our accommodations are well maintained and regularly redecorated. You'll appreciate our friendly, family atmosphere and reasonable rates.  All around this unique property you'll find quiet places to sit and relax in sun or shade. Take a swim or gather some sun in the lounge chairs around our our newly renovated pool. Our pool has just been updated with a beautiful slate deck and fence.   The pool is open from
9 a.m. until 9 p.m. during the summer. The pool is centrally located on premises so that your walk from your accommodation to the pool is a short one. There are grills and picnic tables on the grounds for family picnics and barbecues. While having that cookout there are plenty of activities at the Carriage House to keep the  family entertained. For the gamesters there is: shuffleboard, horseshoes, bocce, paddle tennis, croquet and our children's playground. All the game areas are nearby the picnic areas so you won't have to look far for them when it comes time to eat. The Wells/Ogunquit/Kennebunkport area offers enough activity for a month or more.
